Our Mentors

Julia Schwarz

Julia is the Co-Founder & CEO of December32 with deep expertise in marketing and innovation. She previously held senior marketing leadership roles at Rheinmetall, leading global marketing initiatives within one of Europe’s leading industrial and technology groups. Having lived and worked across Europe, the US, China, the Middle East, and Georgia, she brings a global perspective to building innovative products and business models that connect technology, creativity, and international markets.

Alexandre Jamal

Alexandre is Operations Director at December32, bringing over a decade of experience in banking and corporate strategy, including senior roles within Santander UK. He has trained investment banking analysts in London, lectured in Banking & Finance at the University of Georgia, and founded CTLYST to deliver Business English and professional development programmes. His editorial work with Forbes Georgia underscores his commitment to clarity, rigor, and global communication.
